Negativ erfarenhet: I recently visited Nordic Wellness in Huddinge, and I must say, it was quite a letdown. From the moment I stepped inside, the air quality was noticeably poor, making it feel more like a bunker than a gym. It's hard to breathe comfortably, and that really affects the workout experience. The gym is often filled with groups of teenagers who seem to be more interested in hanging out than exercising. While I understand everyone is welcome, it can be quite distracting and makes it difficult to focus on workouts. One of the biggest disappointments is the outdated equipment. Many of the machines are old and in dire need of an upgrade. There are very few modern machines available, which limits the variety of workouts one can do. The space itself is quite small, adding to the cramped feeling, especially when it's busy. If you're looking for a fresh and well-equipped gym, this is not the place. I hope they make some improvements soon.

Negativ erfarenhet: """Place of shame""' Unfortunately I had the worst time ever at Nordic Wellness! Can you believe how terrible it was? I couldn't even stay for more than 25 minutes! It was impossible to work out there. And guess what? The shower room didn't even have any shower gel! Seriously, I'm so disappointed!

Negativ erfarenhet: Very small. Old workout facilities with a smell... not a nice vibe.

Fantastisk upplevelse: The best gym that in the area and one of the best in Sweden with top class machines

Positiv upplevelse: I totally understand all the low ratings for this location. It's seems like the place is forgotten or at best inherits all the old equipment from the new state of the art branches of Nordic Wellness. If you've got all all your new trendy gear on, just had your nails done and want to be at the most modern place in town (with just about everyone else) then here certainly isn't the place for you. But that's the beauty of this old school dungeon. I've seldom seen it packed, If you've got your workout planned, just want to get in, train hard and get out then this is the ticket. I get the feeling all the other users appreciate this concept too hence the general good vibe amongst everyone.

Positiv upplevelse: Funkar som ett gym att gå till nära en. Killen i receptionen är väldigt trevlig. Tyvärr lite av en lekplats för yngre emellanåt som inte har den bästa gym vettet

Negativ erfarenhet: Varför böt de öppettiderna till att gymmet stängs 23:00?? Det fanns EN anledning till att jag gymmar där istället för gymmet i glömsta: öppettiderna. Känslan av att kunna gymma sent på natten är någonting som uppskattas väldigt mycket. De nya öppetiderna gör dock att det finns näst intill inga anledningar att gymma där längre. Gymmet är litet och hemtrevligt. Det var förut en väldigt aktiv och trevlig personal men nu känns det som personalen har hand om pappersarbete mer än sina kunder. Nackdelarna är att gymmet är litet och ofta blir varmt, maskiner samt vikter utdaterade och saker som vattenkranar brukar sitta konstigt eller inte fungera. Om de ändrar öppetiderna kan jag tänka mig att fortsätta gymma där. Tills dess kommer jag antingen gymma i glömsta eller söka ny gym-kedja.

Negativ erfarenhet: This gym feels like its from the 18th century its soooo old the machines are rusty and old u cant even see the “kg” numbers on some of the machines

Negativ erfarenhet: Väldigt otrevligt bemötande av personalen kände mig förföljd och otrygg av en svart personal med flätor och muskler.

Negativ erfarenhet: Looks like a gym from a post Soviet country. The women locker only accepts 8 women at the same time. Why, you ask? Because they only have 8 lockers and you cannot lock them unless you buy your own locket. Is this information on their website? Of course not. When I asked the reception dude if they're going to upgrade it, he arrogantly answered "it costs money". Yeah like dude, we're paying for stuff ok? I didn't ask you to pay from your own medium salary pocket. Nordic should upgrade this dirty and filthy gym and teach their receptionists how to talk to customers. The right answer would've been "I'll send your feedback to the relevant department", dude.

Negativ erfarenhet: Ofta obemannat även fast det står på dörren att det ska vara öppet. Otroligt dålig luft där inne. Under sommaren var det varmare inne än ute, säkert 30 grader. Det stod en golvfläkt i hela gymmet. Under vintern var det svinkallt. Slitna, gamla och en del trasig utrustning/gnisslande maskiner. Smutsigt och dammigt som ni ser i bilden. Ligger vikter överallt för att folk inte tar undan efter sig. Folk släpper in sina kompisar när det är obemannat så det är ibland värsta lekstugan där inne. Många som stinker svett vilket såklart inte är personalens fel men det är personalen ansvar att säga till om folk inte fattar. Skapar en ofräsch miljö. Ojämna högtalare, ena rummet är ljudet så högt att man inte hör sin egna musik och i det andra rummet är de nästan avstängda. Kommer inte förnya mitt årskort när det går ut

Fantastisk upplevelse: Litet men hemtrevligt. Bra atmosfär med sköna människor som tränar och tjejerna i personalen är fantastiska!

Positiv upplevelse: Litet, trångt, litet dåligt med utrustning men med trevliga människor, ett helt ok gym som jag gärna går till.

Negativ erfarenhet: Worst Nordic Wellness gym I visited so far. Everything is old. Changing room is horrible it is really cold inside. Some Nordic gyms are really nice, this one is not. But the price is the same
