Urban OM

Fantastisk upplevelse: Super nice yoga place! Feels very luxury but also cosy. Everyone is super nice and it smells amazing. They have tea all day and breakfast in the morning. The changing room is really pretty and equipped with a sauna. The yoga teacher I had was really good, knowledgeable and calming. I felt amazing afterwards and would really recommend to everyone!

Fantastisk upplevelse: Amazing and beautiful facilities, cozy and very friendly staff. Had an amazing class after a busy day at work and before heading to the airport. The location is just perfect as well.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Beautiful place, cozy ambiance, amazing and nice people. Perfect yoga studio! I love it. It also has a lounge area with sofas, coffee, books. So cute!

Negativ erfarenhet: Tyvärr så har de senaste gångerna jag varit där inte varit bra. En lärare delade ut eterisk olja och bad alla hälla på handlederna, jag sa till henne att man inte ska ha det direkt på huden men hon viftade bort det. Hela studion stank och jag fick allergiska utslag på huden. Jag var tvungen att lämna klassen pga den starka lukten. En annan klass så var musiken väldigt hög och jag frågade läraren om hon kunde sänka men det ville hon inte. Jag var tvungen att lämna den klassen också pga jag fick fysiskt ont i öronen. I receptionen sa de att jag skulle bli kompenserad med ny klass men när jag sen försökte boka var det ingen som svarade i telefon och flera dagars svarstid på mailen. De svarade med att jag redan hade utnyttjat min kompensation på klass, vilket inte stämde men de fortsatte misstro mig tills jag visade bevis på det. Sen inget svar eller nån slags kundservice. Jag är väldigt besviken på de här upplevelserna och bemötandet och det är synd för det är annars en mysig studio. Jag rekommenderar i dagsläget inte Urban Om.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Mycket bra yoga-ställe, nära Drottninggatan, och den enda plats i Stockholm som regelbundet har Osho-meditationer.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Sanctuary in middle of town. Great yoga, great selection of meditations (including Osho meditations), friendly staff. Calm and welcoming environment.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Cozy space with great instructors, and their full-on membership comes with a lot of great perks including free intensive courses and breakfast. I'm glad I found this little oasis in Stockholm!

Fantastisk upplevelse: Invigorating 7 am yoga class with music was a great way to start the morning, and the space is expansive with a sauna, showers, lockers, tea room, sitting nooks, and a small boutique. Super cozy, and Ollie the resident whippet was there to greet his fellow yogis.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Nice place to breathe, move and be! Nice areas to chill and have a tea after session. Parking is a hustle as its city vibes but thats just nice to know :)

Fantastisk upplevelse: I’m a yogi visiting from Hawaii. Found Urban OM to be a sweet refuge from the cold, bustling streets of Stockholm. Victoria Hellcat Carp led a wonderfully inspiring ad challenging flow class. I’ll be back again!

Fantastisk upplevelse: It is a serene place with many options, with a great atmosphere and great people. They also have all classes in English.

Fantastisk upplevelse: This is where I go to land. To connect. To meet people from a heartful space. To just be. This is my second home.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Urban OM is really a true yoga studio. Just by entering the facilities one can feel the calm yet inviting energy. The lobby/hang out area is cozy and free yogi tea and ginger water is offered. They offer variety of different classes and styles, including Vinyasa, Kundalini and Yin/Restorative. There are two yoga halls and one smaller meditation room where active meditations are being held daily. The place have really succeeded in creating a complete experience. However, the best thing with Urban OM, and I guess any great yoga studio is it's teachers. They are very experienced, with loving hearts and happily helps out and answer questions after class about the practice. I was asked the other day to say who my favorite teacher was, and I ended up saying four names =) I've brought several friends over the past 14 months, and they all love the place! As someone who had had the authentic yoga experience in Thailand, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get that back home. But I was wrong! UrbanOM is definitely the real deal, and also strives to keep updating and evolving as the science and wisdom of yoga naturally makes progress. If you're looking for a yoga studio where you can feel at home, while you take care of your body, mind and soul - then Urban OM is definitely the place to be!

Fantastisk upplevelse: 5 star for atmosphere, 5 star for great teachers and 5 stars for all the people there. Its an amazing place that I highly recommend!
