Wonderful teachers, a great variety of classes and the most beautiful location looking out onto the water and Djurgården. Diana (the owner) is such a kind and warm human being. I always walk out feeling incredible. Highly highly recommend

Fantastisk upplevelse: Simply the best. There is a mix of different classes and teachers so I think that everyone can find something that they will enjoy. I’m coming to the studio since more than 3 years. Diana’a classes are my thing. I learn something new every time I come and get to challange myself. :)

Fantastisk upplevelse: A lovely boutique studio with a good variation of classes; Yoga, Pilates etc. Very good instructors with amazing equipments. Diana’s (the owner) AbsoBooty class is an absolute killer! The view is stunning with all the cruise ships passing by. I can highly recommend Updog Bodies.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Heaven on earth! Fun, witty, loving, caring. I love this yoga studio, the variation of classes. the view and the location. Diana, the owner is amazing and wherever you come from you will feel at home at Updog Bodies.

Fantastisk upplevelse: This is a lovely studio right on the waterfront of Kvarnholmen, everything is very zen and clean, and all accessories (mats, blocks, straps, props) are provided. Diana, the owner, is from New York and has a ton of personality that she injects into her classes. I’d recommend the studio to anyone living in Stockholm or even just visiting!
