Fantastisk upplevelse: Jag älskade detta center, Yeshin Norbu redan första gången jag satt min fot där i augusti 2020 på öppet hus. Så trevlig atmosfär och varmt välkomnande av dem som jobbar där. Bra utbud av kurser och retreats och hög kvalité på dem kurser jag har gått, 2 olika meditationskurser, yinyoga, pujor och några av modulerna ur deras tvååriga program Discovering Buddhism. Detta program startar igen på onsdag 24/2-2021, vilket är en resa jag ser fram emot att följa med på. Detta med en lärare, som haft Lama Yeshe som sin närmsta lärare och nu Lama Zopa, han har varit munk där sen barnsben och har en väldigt bra undervisning! Kan varmt rekommendera!

Fantastisk upplevelse: Fin miljö med två meditationssalar, fint café och bokhandel. Lärarna är duktiga och kunniga. Enkelt att boka och betala kurser via hemsidan och dropp-in. Fint program och events med ibland inbjudna föreläsare. Rekommenderas!!!

Fantastisk upplevelse: This is a great place to study Buddhist philosophy, meditation, yoga, mindfulness or attend a retreat. They run many courses and are always so kind. Highly recommended!

Fantastisk upplevelse: Really love this new contemporary FPMT Buddhist center!! Even though the center was just launched in late 2017, they've already got a wide range events, including teachings by world renowned Buddhist teachers. In the past months, I was fortunate to attend the teachings of three of the most respected Tibetan Buddhist teachers. They were all absolutely amazing! Having such precious opportunities delivered at our door step, in Stockholm, it feels like a dream has come true! I'm enormously grateful to the center and all those who work very hard behind the scene.❤️

Fantastisk upplevelse: Yeshe Norbu truly embodies their philosophy of being a contemporary Buddhist centre offering cutting-edge mind training whilst firmly grounded in the Mahayana tradition. They are regularly visited by renowned teachers from all over the world, and it's always a joy attending their talks. The beautiful venue, delicious catering and friendly volunteers adding to the experience. Also worth mentioning is the soon-to-be finished therapy room which will be available for booking online. With a close to nature interior - including a real birch tree :) - it provides a well thought out therapeutical and healing environment, ideal for psychotherapy and coaching.
