Fantastisk upplevelse: One of my best experiences in Gothenburg as well as one of my fav. gyms so far (raw and oldschool). Boris, the owner, was super nice and helpful and offered everything to do my daily routine as a drop-in. I even got 24/7 access for my stay in Gothenburg! Looking forward to the next time :)

Fantastisk upplevelse: Top Studio und unfassbar netter & offener Besitzer. Man merkt, dass das Studio mit viel Herzblut eingerichtet wurde und der Fokus hier auf sinnvolle Maschinen gelegt wurde. Kein Schnickschnack-alles was das Herz begehrt. Einfach ein tolles Oldschool Gym at its finest. Training nur für ein paar Tage war ebenfalls überhaupt kein Problem. Die Kommunikation lief unkompliziert ab und es war sogar möglich zu jeder Zeit völlig flexibel zu trainieren. Ganz klare Empfehlung für Boris und sein Studio. Vielen Dank! Ich komme definitiv wieder.

Positiv upplevelse: Wir waren für zwei Tage in Göteborg und waren beide Tage in diesem Gym. Das Gym hatte eine gute Geräte- sowie Musikauswahl. Ausserdem sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Service sowie sehr effiziente Kommunikation.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Ein unfassbar gutes gym. Definitiv das beste Gym für jeden der etwas vom Bodybuilding versteht. Eine sehr gute und exotische Auswahl an Geräten und Kurzhanteln die bis 70Kg reichen (und sogar eine 100kg Hantel). Preislich auch mehr als fair mit 100 Kronen für ein Training. Auch der Chef ist super sympathisch und spricht neben schwedisch und englisch auch fließend deutsch. Definitiv eine Empfehlung wenn man in Götenborg ist.

Fantastisk upplevelse: I found Exhale gym while visiting Gothenburg. First and foremost the owners of the gym were so accommodating and friendly doesn’t take much to see the pride they have for the gym. Call ahead of time and see if they can buzz you in because there is only someone there certain days of the week. The gym has a diverse amount of machines (some that Ive never seen before which was cool), plenty of free weights and some cardio machines too. The gym has everything a bodybuilder would need. I highly recommend this gym my only wish is I could stay longer and train here.

Fantastisk upplevelse: If you're looking for a fantastic assortment of great bodybuilding plate loaded machines this place is fantastic. They have some hammer strength pieces that arent even made anymore and as awesome for legs/back/chest. Old school feel with a very laid back vibe. Boris (the owner) was extremely helpful in accommodations on getting my card setup for day passes and is really an outstanding and genuine guy. Former bodybuilder himself he definitely understands the good equipment and the training game. I personally like the bodybuilding feel gyms vs the big chains that have 100 pieces of cardio. So if you're serious or even semi-serious about training in Gothenburg Sweden, check out Exhale!

Positiv upplevelse: Fajn fitko. Ale zvláštní přístup. Abyste se dostali dovnitř, musíte volat pánovi. Je lepší předem napsat e-mail, jestli pán bude moct otevřít. (Může se stát, že i když Vám napíše ano, tak Vás poté nechá čekat před fitkem 30 minut, než vám zvedne telefon , aby vám dveře otevřel) Jinak vstup za 80 kr. je velice fajn. Fitko je staré, ale má dobrý vibe.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Very cool gym with old school flair. You have a lot of variation possibilities and the machines are very good in using. I was there for just one day at my weekend trip to Göteborg, but it was no problem to train there even tough it was Sunday and the reception was not manned.. Boris, the owner, opened me the door via internet and I paid the amount simply over the post box. I was really happy that I could train and will come back when I'm in Göteborg the next time!

Fantastisk upplevelse: Mnogo dobra teretana sa puno sprava koje su vrlo efikasne, treniri tamo su super, vole da pomognu ako je to potrebno, a i ovako su prijatni za razgovor. Cena nije loss, teretana se nalazi na lepom mestu u gradu, bila sam ovde nekoliko puta i bas sam zadovoljna, nemam nikakve zamerke. Teretana izgleda bas lepo i uredno, imam samo reci pohvale.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Exhale Hardcore Gym has been my home gym for over two years now. The combination of great (and some hard to find) machines, music, and friendly staff make every workout amazing, and the atmosphere is simply impossible to find anywhere else.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Best gym in Gothenburg. Hammer Strength machines, Eleiko barbells, dumbbells up to 100kg. Familiar atmosphere, never crowded, very good price.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Classic gym! None of that new happy zumba group training mambo jumbo. Sweat and iron. Pretty spacious, equipment not brand new but solid. Not for wannabe mirror models. Just for training and building muscle.

Fantastisk upplevelse: My favourite weight lifting gym! Blasting rock, hard rock and metal for that original hardcore gym feeling. If you are in to weight lifting you will not want to go back to any of the other chains once you have come here. While grunting at Sats will have people looking at you sideways, grunting at Exhale is simply the custom. The gym is an official Hammer Strength gym with a great selection of free weight machines as well as a large selection of dumbbells and barbell weights. There is also a small selection of cardio machines. Get big or die trying, baby!

Fantastisk upplevelse: In my opinion this is Gothenburg's best gym for strength training, and with access 24/7. There are enough free weights to suit anybodies needs and paired dumbbells up 70 kg (the heaviest single Dumbbell is 100 kg). There is a wide variety of carefully selected machines of which the majority are Hammer Strength, a quality brand you seldomly find in commercial gyms. In case you need to tan there is one tanning bed available. This gym has given birth to many bodybuilding, fitness and strength competitors for good reasons. Exhale has a hardcore gym atmosphere, with friendly, helpful and competent members which often help each other out. This gym will suit you whether you are a beginner or professional fitness athlete. Membership prices are up to par with other gyms but the one time training fee of 80 kr. By contacting the owner you can also train past operating hours and weekends. The owner who is a former bodybuilding competitor has done a great job of keeping this gym as good as it is and I'm now training here for my 18th consecutive year. If you have yet to train at Exhale Hardcore Gym, you have missed out!
