The gym itself is exceptionally well-equipped, with a wide range of free weights and an impressive variety of bodybuilding machines to suit all training goals. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced lifter, you’ll find everything you need here. Service is excellent, the owner is not only professional but also clearly knowledgeable, always ready to provide advice or assistance when needed.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Das perfekte Gym, schönes Oldschoolgym mit guter Trainingssatmosphäre, Ausgezeichnete Auswahl von Geräten, sauber. Ich konnte leider nur für ein Probetraining vorbeischauen, aber hatte ein super Erlebnis. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Stans bästa gym med den bästa utrustningen som finns tillgänglig för den övningen man önskar och täcker alla muskelgrupper. Dessutom så kan man vara där dygnet runt utan begränsningar och det är enbart skötsamt folk som tränar där och helt fritt från gäng från orten som inte trivs i denna miljö med hårdrock och metal med fokus på seriös styrketräning .

Fantastisk upplevelse: Great Old-School Gym in Gothenburg! We stumbled across this gym by chance and had a really great experience. The owner is super friendly and cool — especially nice to connect since he’s originally from Germany like my brother and me. The gym has a old-school powerlifting vibe with a wide range of equipment for all kinds of serious training. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic gym atmosphere in Gothenburg!

Fantastisk upplevelse: Ich finde es fantastisch. Ein Old School Gym, wie es leider nicht mehr viele gibt. Tolle Geräte, ausreichend freie Gewichte. Die Atmosphäre ist toll und die Musik passt zum Ambiente. Wer Göteborg besucht und gerne trainiert, muss das Exhale Gym besuchen!

Positiv upplevelse: Very good old school gym with proper quality machines (and not the ones that will injure you). The "old school" should pretty much tell you everything about the quality as those tend to be the best quality gyms you can find. However, they are missing kettlebells, and some exercises can be unnecessarily hard and complicated if not impossible to do properly with a dumbell or anything other than a kettlebell. I would prefer to give it 4,5 stars instead of 4, but that is not an option. I do plan to pay another visit to Gothenburg, and will definitely train at this gym again. (Hopefully, I will find some kettlebells next time.)

Fantastisk upplevelse: Wir waren während unseres Urlaubs hier trainieren. Der Zugang zum gym hat problemlos funktioniert und die Tageskarte für 100kr ist sehr fair! Es ist ein kleines Gym, dass aber viele gute Geräte hat und auch für powerlifting mit einem eleiko rack + Stange gut ausgestattet ist! Wir können es sehr empfehlen.

Fantastisk upplevelse: visited as a foreigner for 4 workouts. great old school gym in the center of Göteborg. as others have noted, the equipment is a no fuss affair, but there is lots of variety and you can easy get a great series of workouts in. the cardio equipment is quite limited, but if you're looking at a place like this, you must likely care more about strength training. the day pass prices are posted on the website which is such a pleasant change from the big clubs. Boris was very helpful over email in getting me setup with the gym access. overall I can recommend this place to visitors who want to work out.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Top Studio und unfassbar netter & offener Besitzer. Man merkt, dass das Studio mit viel Herzblut eingerichtet wurde und der Fokus hier auf sinnvolle Maschinen gelegt wurde. Kein Schnickschnack-alles was das Herz begehrt. Einfach ein tolles Oldschool Gym at its finest. Training nur für ein paar Tage war ebenfalls überhaupt kein Problem. Die Kommunikation lief unkompliziert ab und es war sogar möglich zu jeder Zeit völlig flexibel zu trainieren. Ganz klare Empfehlung für Boris und sein Studio. Vielen Dank! Ich komme definitiv wieder.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Ein unfassbar gutes gym. Definitiv das beste Gym für jeden der etwas vom Bodybuilding versteht. Eine sehr gute und exotische Auswahl an Geräten und Kurzhanteln die bis 70Kg reichen (und sogar eine 100kg Hantel). Preislich auch mehr als fair mit 100 Kronen für ein Training. Auch der Chef ist super sympathisch und spricht neben schwedisch und englisch auch fließend deutsch. Definitiv eine Empfehlung wenn man in Götenborg ist.

First and foremost the owners of the gym were so accommodating and friendly doesn’t take much to see the pride they have for the gym. Call ahead of time and see if they can buzz you in because there is only someone there certain days of the week. The gym has a diverse amount of machines (some that Ive never seen before which was cool), plenty of free weights and some cardio machines too. The gym has everything a bodybuilder would need. I highly recommend this gym my only wish is I could stay longer and train here.

They have some hammer strength pieces that arent even made anymore and as awesome for legs/back/chest. Old school feel with a very laid back vibe. Boris (the owner) was extremely helpful in accommodations on getting my card setup for day passes and is really an outstanding and genuine guy. Former bodybuilder himself he definitely understands the good equipment and the training game. I personally like the bodybuilding feel gyms vs the big chains that have 100 pieces of cardio. Positiv upplevelse: Fajn fitko. Ale zvláštní přístup. Abyste se dostali dovnitř, musíte volat pánovi. Je lepší předem napsat e-mail, jestli pán bude moct otevřít. (Může se stát, že i když Vám napíše ano, tak Vás poté nechá čekat před fitkem 30 minut, než vám zvedne telefon , aby vám dveře otevřel) Jinak vstup za 80 kr. je velice fajn. Fitko je staré, ale má dobrý vibe.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Very cool gym with old school flair. You have a lot of variation possibilities and the machines are very good in using. I was there for just one day at my weekend trip to Göteborg, but it was no problem to train there even tough it was Sunday and the reception was not manned.. Boris, the owner, opened me the door via internet and I paid the amount simply over the post box. I was really happy that I could train and will come back when I'm in Göteborg the next time!

Fantastisk upplevelse: Mnogo dobra teretana sa puno sprava koje su vrlo efikasne, treniri tamo su super, vole da pomognu ako je to potrebno, a i ovako su prijatni za razgovor. Cena nije loss, teretana se nalazi na lepom mestu u gradu, bila sam ovde nekoliko puta i bas sam zadovoljna, nemam nikakve zamerke. Teretana izgleda bas lepo i uredno, imam samo reci pohvale.
