Fantastisk upplevelse: Otroligt fin service och gymmet passar mig perfekt

Negativ erfarenhet: Nej tyvärr detta gym är inget vidare. Vissa människor behöver lära sig hur man behandlar sina kunder.

Negativ erfarenhet: It went from good enough (4 stars) to 1 star. Hopefully it doesn't in the future (with someone else that is). 5 stars: Perfect as in I'm fully satisfied with my (whole) experience. 4 stars: Get to work 3 stars: Get to work 2 stars: Get to work 1 star: You have failed (completely) Addendum: my reason for the 1 out of 5 is because there are 2 things that matter when you interact with businesses 1. How you're treated & that includes monetarily, and 2. The actual service (incl price) which I gave a good 4/5 rating to, but unfortunately when I wanted to briefly exit my membership until some months later (because my gym partner became busy) I was informed that I could continue going to the gym until the end of July (which to me sounded generous), but you see the guy running it didn't inform me that it wasn't generosity and that the gym intended to eventually request another payment. I talk to the the guy in charge and he said to me that once I pass the 10th day of the month the system automatically requests another payment. I asked him if he could cancel it especially since I haven't visited the gym since the 6th (which is highlighted in the app) and he said no. That's when the experienced went from acceptably welcoming to none whatsoever. I hadn't stepped foot in the gym since it was 4 days before the 10th but no it didn't matter to the dude in charge he got paid and I lost money as I was trying to temporarily pause my membership. Also the reason why I used to give it a 4/5 is that the gym is good enough but the guy didn't do a good job with listing our training routines and he asked us to meet him about the routine over ZOOM rather than for him to come and show us in the gym in person (first time I ever used zoom in my life) we were watching a man broadcast himself from (I think) the basement of his home where he didn't even seem to have all the machines we were supposed to start using (machines that were available AT THE GYM) only like one or maybe 2 did he have from what we could see on my tiny phone screen in the zoom feed. This btw is after we saw him one time appear at the gym but im guessing him coming in to install surrveilance cameras was more important than actually coming in to help the customers about gym routines at a gym he is in charge of. The experience we started off with was bizarre and it ended with feeling more like we were wallets than ppl. I genuinely intended to return but this dude made it not worth it taking the rating down to 1. First impressions and last impressions matter. Until gyms become fully run by AI I expect ppl to be reasonable to other ppl and not treat them like faceless sources of income. (this review has been reposted because someone managed to somehow take it down by reporting it for bad language. my experience at this gym happened back in the Summer of 2022 so this review may have been blocked since then. I was not notified about it by Google. if you go to this gym remember to keep your reviews clean because they can report your review and get it blocked & ppl wont know how you experienced the place). You're welcome.

Positiv upplevelse: Får 4,5 stjärna av mig. Det ända som är negativt är att det finns ingen dusch. Annars är det ovanligt bra luft och finns allt man behöver även väldigt lugn atmosfär
