Fantastisk upplevelse: Pilates Via är en förstklassig Pilates studio med väldigt professionella instruktörer. Klasserna är effektiva och grupperna små, det gör att man får en kraftfull träning med instruktörer som ger individuell korrigering. Studion har också ett centralt läge och är mycket välvårdad. Kan inte bli bättre!

Fantastisk upplevelse: I have trained with Stephanie for several years, through Pilates at work, studio classes and online classes. She is a knowledgable, energetic and very motivating teacher, who manages to keep classes fun and challenging. After a shoulder injury, I was in a lot of pain and could no longer do the usual Pilates exercises. In a private class, Stephanie has helped me to find the necessary modifications, which allowed me to re-join the usual mat classes and continue training without pain. During the pandemic, Stephanie's online classes have helped me stay sane and active. The virtual classes are perfect for starting the day right or taking an active lunch break. Courses are small, so just like in the studio, there is no way to hide from Stephanie’s trained eyes - she will correct you, keep you honest or help out with modifications when needed.

Fantastisk upplevelse: For me Pilates Via online has been one of the really positive experiences of 2020. It has helped me focus on a regular physical activity and slowly get back into shape. I am so happy to have met you online, Stephanie! Looking forward meeting you in real life during this year!
