Fantastisk upplevelse: Otroligt givande träning, med bra instruktörer som alltid kan visa dig variationer till övningarna för att anpassa till hur stark du är. Man blir svettig och får otroligt mycket för endast kroppsvikt-övningar och enkiloshantlar.

Negativ erfarenhet: The door is closed 5 min before the class starts. If you are late you cannot get into the studio

Fantastisk upplevelse: I absolutely love this studio. The teachers are kind and very skilled. When you start working out there , you see results in just 2 weeks. I only manage to work out 1-2 a week, but it still gives results! I cannot recommend this studio enough, try and you will be hooked. Yes the changing rooms are small, but I live closeby so its not an issue for me.

Negativ erfarenhet: Given how expensive these classes are the communication and customer service is really bad. No attempt has been made to contact or explain how everything will work through pandemic, no attempt to resolve the situation when many people work from home and cant go to studios. No possibility to freeze/get money back/restructure pre paid classes for those who already have bought a bundle. Instead they propose a new class bundle with a discount. No, thank you!

Fantastisk upplevelse: In my opinion the best Barre studio in Stockholm! Great instructors that make you work hard. I highly recommend this studio. Only downside is that there is only a tiny changing room and one shower but studio itself is quite big.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Beautiful studios with diversified schedule of different Barre and Ballett-classes. Go here for personalized attention from wonderful teachers. Finding a fit with a studio and a teacher takes time as you get to know each other's styles. I highly recommend taking that time at Sthlm Barre.
