Positiv upplevelse: Jag tycker verkligen om shambala! Maten människorna sjön. Jag var där för en vecka sen. Och förra året! Men det som drar ner är att katten som bor där har extrema tovor. Jag som är en djurvän & känner starkt för djuren, katten hade jätte ont när jag klappade honom. Han behöver klippas ner av en veterinär varje år. Och nu asap. Det gjorde att jag inte kunna slappna av helt och fick ont i magen. Hoppas detta görs för kattens skull! Annars fanns det inget att klaga på!

Fantastisk upplevelse: I highly recommend attending a retreat at Shambala. It offers great deals and is easily accessible by public transportation. The owners have a proven track record for creating a safe and welcoming environment for healing, relaxing, learning, and/or developing one’s practice. With a beautiful backdrop of nature (that’s beckoned me to return multiple times), you will find an ideal balance of intimate community and solitude. Shambala oozes with “lagom” (as they say in Swedish); not too much, not too little. If you are on the fence, sign up, you won’t regret it.

Fantastisk upplevelse: I’ve recently come home from a retreat with Luke which you held. I wanted to say as well as Luke being amazing, Shambala was just the most gorgeous place, such unspoilt beauty and the energy around the whole place was just gorgeous, so calm and peaceful. The food was delicious and all the people there were such lovely people. I’ve had the most amazing, special weekend and the warm memories will stay with me forever. Im hope Im lucky enough to return in the furture.

Positiv upplevelse: Utmärkt vegansk mat som man inte känner sig svulten på. Bra läge vid en mindre sjö. Mycket skönt vedeldat bastu. Välkomnande och avslappnad stämning. Läget på utkanten av Skinnskatteberg gör platsen lättåtkomlig men leder också till att tåget, bilar och industrin hörs i fjärran. Vandrarhemmet är mycket lyhörd och golvet knakar och skakar när någon rör sig i korridoren. Jag saknade avläggningsmöjligheter (stol, bord, skåp) i rummet och möjlighet att torka baddukar och kläder när det regnar eller är fuktigt i luften.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Have only good things to say. The people, sauna and food is the highlights. I did different types of courses here and they all had a high quality.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Amazing experience!! Beautiful nature around the Shambala. Yoga there was outstanding!! Vegan Food incredible tasty!! Great and friendly community of people. If you suffer from stress, this is ideal place to be !

Fantastisk upplevelse: I had the pleasure to experience the magic of the place last summer, and now one year later I can't wait to go back. This place has become my second home and my nature family. It's such a peaceful place, still high vibrant. And it really gives me the space for tuning into my self, getting back in harmoni and balance. Further Shambala offers a range of super inspiring teachers, so a great possibility learning and practice even deeper. Intersting conversations, music, amazing food, walks in the forrest and swimming in the beautiful lake is all part of the abundant days in Shambala.

Fantastisk upplevelse: I Love this place, I have returned here many times each summer since 10 years. They have a way of making everyone feel at home and welcomed. Here I can sink into a healthy, balanced and fun daily routine. And for me it's important to have the balance between seeing all of the inspiring people here, but also having alone time and quietude, which I find in the forest, lake, sauna, tipi, in the silent mornings, in my room or in a yoga class. I feel recharged and happy when I'm here and I'm so glad these kind of retreat centres exist!

This is a place I have encouraged so many people I love to go. The beauty of the forest, the lake, the food and most of all in the connections made with the people there has left a mark on my soul I know will remain there forever.
