AYÄM Studio

Negativ erfarenhet: Think this yoga studio blocked me from booking new classes on Classpass, all because I gave them a 3* review on one of their mediocre classes. What a lame behavior! If you open a business then prepare for less than perfect reviews.

Fantastisk upplevelse: A small and cozy studio with great teachers and unique classes. Studio has 2 yoga shalas in the basement, great equipment (best yoga mats I’ve ever seen in studios. After practice you can enjoy a cup of herbal tea by a panoramic window. Keep in mind that if you arrive to your class pretty much in advance the entrance door might be locked from the inside as they don’t have a receptionist and the studio is managed by teachers.

Negativ erfarenhet: Did not feel welcome there as a man who’s masculine. Greeted with look of annoyance by owners. The studio has too much of a political vibe that contradicts the teachings of yoga.

Fantastisk upplevelse: This studio is amazing - we came during a holiday weekend, and our instructor led us through a great class that mixed fast flows with some slower, more focused stretches and chakra meditations. Super clean and beautiful spaces, high-quality mats/pillows/blankets, and a spacious room for coats and shoes. Hope to come back soon!

Fantastisk upplevelse: Ayäm is an amazing studio with incredible teachers and facilitators. There is a wide range of classes including yoga, breathwork, KAP, sound journeys, among others. The classes are powerful, healing, and transformative. Highly recommend!!

Fantastisk upplevelse: This place has everything and more, great classes, a little shop at the entrance, two bathrooms with so many details, mini "kitchen", a room to change with lockers and very good energy.
