Yoga Art Place

Fantastisk upplevelse: Practicing yoga with Iryna at Yoga Art Place over the last two years has been a lovely experience and has contributed positively to my overall health in ways I didn't expect. I joined initially because lower back pain runs in my family, and I wanted to build a stronger core to preemptively strike against this debilitating injury before it worsened. She asks me how I am doing in every session so that we can work on any problem areas and is very knowledgeable in the area of Ashtanga yoga (which is what I practice with her). I can now proudly manage to pull off some complicated poses that I never thought I'd be able to do, and if you are interested in practicing yoga with an awesome instructor I'd highly recommend contacting Yoga Art Place.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Irina is a kind loving soul which is reflected in her way of teaching yoga as well. When entering the yoga studio you feel welcomed and know it is a sacred and safe place to be. Irina teaches more than just the yoga asanas. She takes you into a deep spiritual practice, where yoga is shown to be both a “doing” on the mat and a “being” off the mat. I would highly recommend her teachings ❤️

Fantastisk upplevelse: Irina is a really wonderful yoga teacher and gives a wonderful experience to her students, I would recommend anyone to enjoy a class!
