Fantastisk upplevelse: Personalen slog mig medvetslös så fort jag gick in

Negativ upplevelse: Jag har varit nöjd med deras pass, men deras kundservice har varit en stor besvikelse. De tog betalt för boxningshandskar trots att det alltid ingått. När jag i efterhand mailade och frågade vad som gällde, bekräftade de att handskarna skulle ingå men erbjöd ingen återbetalning. Jag var tvungen att själv begära det, och därefter slutade de svara i flera månader. Till slut återkom de med ett meddelande om en specifik tid och datum jag behövde befinna mig på plats för att få återbetalning i kontanter.. Summan i sig var obetydlig, men deras hantering av ärendet har gjort att jag helt tappat förtroendet. Update: Att ni i ert svar påstår att ni direkt erbjöd er att rätta till det stämmer inte, ni konstatera bara först att handskar ska ingå men erbjöd inte återbetalning, jag var då tvungen att be om återbetalning för er miss. Då erbjöd ni att jag istället skulle få en proteinshake om jag bokade ett nytt pass hos er som jag inte var intresserad av. Ni ignorerade sedan mina mail och det tog nästan 5 månader innan ni erbjöd återbetalning, för att jag legat på och frågat flertal gånger. Det gör mig ännu mer besviken över att ni ljuger om hanteringen.

Fantastisk upplevelse: A most different first impression when opening the door - not that I was surprised - but walk into the dark, almost blindly by leaving the outside sun. Your journey starts here, to a community of motivation, power and energy. You are here to fight - for you, with others. I love the kind of commitment and energy I myself get being (new) here, feeling it from the Instructors and all attending. The will to be better and coming back again and again is ON. Not to be unsaid - its tough.

Negativ upplevelse: Been very active in several sports/gym and wouldn't consider myself a newbie in the gym/fitness environment. This bootcamp was a JOKE. The small, "training area" was crammed with people and you had to search for a new spot and equipment when switching exercises every time (in a dark room). It was like sitting 10 people around a dinner table for five people. Being in the changing room was like sitting 15 people around a dinner table for five people. If you want to pay for someone to tell you to do 10 burpees packed in a box sardines this is the perfect thing for you.. They don't do refunds, which means that they are fully aware of the quality of this so called boot camp. If one of the attendees catches COVID I'm willing to bet that at least half of the group will end up testing positive within two weeks. You share ALL equipment and lay on the same sweaty matts as everybody else.
