Negativ erfarenhet: The gym is good but staffing is irregular and unpredictable and customer service is trash. I needed help with my membership card so i went in yesterday at 4 (which is indicated on the website as a time when the gym is staffed) and nobody was there until 5 pm, when I left. I contacted customer service and they said that they didn't have any absences and ended the conversation. Is this a business or a joke?

Positiv upplevelse: Jag har tränat i 24/7 i snart 8 år. Jag kan inte tänka något annat gym i dagsläget. Prisvärt men bätrre maskiner kan behövas som benpress och maskin för rygg

Negativ erfarenhet: Det är inte så bra i Sollentuna, det verkar ohygieniskt på skåpe och maskiner

Negativ erfarenhet: Ingen personal i kassan på 3 dagar, har väntat utanför, ringt och pratat med kundtjänst (väldigt dåliga, dom svarar långsamt och gör ingenting) Aktiveringen av kort tog längre än 2 arbetsdagar.

Negativ erfarenhet: Förstår inte att folk kommer hit. Priserna är alldeles för höga för det ni erbjudet. Start avgift/avslutsavgift är sjukt höga! Dessutom fastnar dörren hela tiden, går inte träna när man tänkt sig.

Positiv upplevelse: Feeling of a home gym. Not as much people as in other gyms such as Friskis & Svettis or Sats, and not as much equipment but it has enough and well worth the lower fee. There's also the benefit of it being open around the clock so you can visit any time.

Positiv upplevelse: È una palestra attrezzata, con una sala all'interno per sole donne. L'unica pecca è che non c'è il personale e quindi se non sai accendere i macchinari, nessuno ti aiuta.

Positiv upplevelse: This is specific to the sollentuna location. Fitness 24/7 as a whole gets 5 stars! It's the cheapest gym around, and great value for money! For 200kr a month, it can't be beat. I've been to several locations around Stockholm, but this is my 'home gym'. It's a bit more basic than other locations. The machines are limited, there's only one power rack, one bench, etc. So, if you come at a busy time, expect to wait for a machine/equipment. The regulars are all quite friendly, and happy to give you a spot if you need one. The equipment here is a bit run down, half the plates seem to be missing chunks of plastic, the kettlebell set is missing some weights. Theres a 'tjejgym' in the back but I have no idea what that looks like. If you're after some cardio machines or basic lifting, it's great.

Positiv upplevelse: Pretty well maintained with a descent variety of machines, weights & tools although the free weights under 10 kg tend to mysteriously disappear. The staff do a good job of re-stocking and keeping the place clean and in working order. Not the biggest and therefore does not offer group training sessions of any kind. I suggest you visit their flagship gym located in Kista science tower if that is your thing.

Positiv upplevelse: Blandat folk, oftast rent och städat trevlig personal. Mycket testosteron killar vid fria vikterna, men alla är trevliga. Basic maskiner. En teve är trasig med hantlarna är nya och fräscha.

Negativ erfarenhet: Den ligger verkligen inte där det står. Jag letade i över en halvtimme och sen när jag gick till tåget hittade jag det. Ungefär 3-400 meter från där det skulle vara. Riktigt dåligt. Jag kunde även inte komma in då man behövde kod. Riktigt bedrövligt..
