Fantastisk upplevelse: I was in Mariestad for holiday. Reached out Niclas via Instagram and I was able to get a spot for Open gym. He and Marcel gave me a tour through the box and I really felt welcomed! They are really living the CrossFit vibe. The facilities are great, really spacious and fantastic equipment. Big recommendation, made my time in Sweden even greater!

Fantastisk upplevelse: Wir waren im Schwedenurlaub auf der Suche nach einer CrossFit-Box um uns ein wenig auszutoben. Und hier wurden wir fündig! Über Instagram haben wir angefragt ob es möglich wäre mal mit zu trainieren und uns wurde super unkompliziert geholfen. Waren zwei mal da und hatten eine gute Zeit. Die Coaches & Owner (die wir kennengelernt haben) sprechen alle gutes Englisch und Marcel spricht sogar deutsch. Für uns natürlich perfekt. (Liebe Grüße) Bezahlung nicht per Karte sondern nur per Swift möglich, aber da findet man eine Lösung mit den Ownern. Die Box ist super ausgestattet und sauber. Die workouts sind gut und durchdacht. Was man wissen sollte: Bei beiden Workouts, die wir besucht hatten, ging es relativ schnell und ohne ausgiebiges Warm-up los. Wir würden ein kleines Warm up vor dem WOD bevorzugen. Nächstes mal kommen wir aber einfach 15 Minuten früher und machen das für uns selbst. Wir werden im nächsten Urlaub definitiv wieder kommen!

Fantastisk upplevelse: I enjoyed a workout here during the Holliday. It was a great experience. Marcel, one of the co-owners, was the coach that day. He and the other CrossFitters gave me a warm welcome, like a true CrossFit community. The workout was nicely balanced and the coaching on technique was nice. If you are doubting to start with CrossFit. I can recommend this place.
