Fantastisk upplevelse: I train bag-fighting once per week. I have always felt home there. It is a huge positive boost for people who like martial-arts and as a woman you feel proud and absolutely ecstatic to see a stronghold of women fighters.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Training: + Fantastic martial arts club with competent instructors. + Good at describing theory and science behins techniques. + Good pedagogy for beginners and flexible individual-based training. + Good at the fact that the art taught is practical and not purely meant to look awesome. Welcoming: + Good connection to other martial arts, which makes a smooth transition possible. + Friendly people, made me feel welcome. + Very nice and clean areas. Location: - Car parking costs money, as it is located in the middle of Umeå. I would recommend bicycle or collective transport. Summary: 11/10. ✨
