Positiv upplevelse: Ett bra gym med öppen planlösning!

Positiv upplevelse: Bra med maskiner och fria vikter.

Negativ erfarenhet: Just before l say something, l am not an immigrant or random person, l am a alpine skier and it's my sport profetion. So firs day l came in gym the stuff here was halfway kind when l entered, it was a older blonde girl called Emmy and a kind younger girl, l asked politely the older one if l can try the gym first to see if l like it and l don't want any membership yet, she showed me on a menu with finger and it was 145skr. And then l asked what more packets you have? She answered with a really unpleasant energy (energy without patience like to get rid of me fast), and she said you have month and year one, and in that hurry and confusion l payed with no problem the one termin 145skr, although on website it was written the first time is for free so the new members can see if they like the gym... She gave me a enter card that l took care off, but first day when l went home l forgot it, and next day l brought it back and wanted to train again, and l payed again 145skr. Because it was late around 20:45 and no-one from workers was there, they went home. I took the card with me with intention to give it back or to ask again to train because l liked the gym. So tonight l came later 21:35, but l couldn't enter the gym, so some people from gym opened for me the door, and l tried to go in gym with that card because there was no-one from workers around so l could ask to pay more and go, and l really needed to train because l need to recover the knee from sport injury..... So yes l went with the card inside, probably l shouldn't.... But then after a while that older girl from first day came to me, and said Heyyy! I turned my back because l didn't know what happened, and she attacked me with judging how l enter in, l tried to explain but she was constantly blaming me and made me fill bad, l tried to explain that l did the first day payed, and second no problem, and l gave the card back the day after and l would do the same again, because there was no-one to give when l finished because of late time... And then l asked politely about the termins, and she said with a rude grumpy and offensive face that l have a weekly program that l can buy, but l said l didn't know, l would buy that, noone told me that... She said you can see on menu, but again l said l don't speak Swedish language l don't understand. She: l can't read your mind, what you want. I said: But you can offer me and give what's the best option. She said: I don't know how many days you stay, or what you gonna do, l don't read peoples mind.... And she was constantly arguing with me and not letting me to explain how a polite stuff do that in other countries.... Like in my country: On reception a person would welcome you, and say hello how can we help. They would also offer me the best package of training for best price and explain me, especially when they see someone is not speaking the native language. I started to explain this but she was still offensive and arguing and she blamed me on end, and said: are you crazy, l can't read your mind and showed with fingers in head that in our country means that l am not normal.... She also took the card aggressively when l gave it to her. I was politely smiling and saying sorry, but l want to explain you how is in other countries. And she said you are not in your country, your in Sweden with widely opened eyes. And l said: Wait it doesn't matter in what country, l just sharing my experience how you should behave towards clients who are not from your country. It's about to be kind and polite and not attack people immediately... She shut me down and said: You know what, let's end this conversation, ok! I said with a smile: ok, no problem... Yes, l didn't introduce that l am a professional sportist, a owner of a high tourist complex in UNESCO heritage in my country and l travelled more then 33 countries around globe. Because l don't want to sound arogant and everyone should be equal in gym when we do sport. Not kind, not polite, not professional and very rude without patience. It changed my perspective about here.

Fantastisk upplevelse: Amazing gym! I love how clean it always is, and the training space is super spacious. There are plenty of modern machines and equipment, which makes every workout enjoyable. I also really appreciate the outdoor gym area — such a great touch — and a special mention goes to the sauna.

Går att lösa kortet när man jobbar tillfälligt i Boden Emmy - hon som tar emot alla är väldigt engagerad och hjälpsam - super fin tjej Eleiko grejjer, inga Kina el- chipo skräp. Fräsch lokal, skåp, dusch och bastu. Dricka och bars , gym avdelning ute också Full pott!!! Rekommenderas varmt

Fantastisk upplevelse: Har nu gymmat på Gymmet i cirkus 1,5 år. Har vart på flera olika gym, men Gymmet slår allt. Ett välvårdat och stort gym med allt det man behöver. Dessutom super trevlig och glad personal. Kommer definitivt inte byta gym.

Positiv upplevelse: Aldrig vart här men ööö de väl nice

Fantastisk upplevelse: Finns många ställ med viktplattor så man slipper gå genom halva gymmet. Alla hjälps åt att plocka undan efter sig. Personalen håller alla ytor välstädade.
