Fantastisk upplevelse: You will long for the next time! Been doing yoga on my own and in some classes before, this however, beats all of them. First of all, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Zarina, the instructor who I have had, is very clear in her instructions. She pays attention to the small details and helps you stay focused throughout the course. The classes are smaller so you get more feedback from the teacher and have the opportunity to get to know the other students/attendees if you want. Prices are very reasonable and the center have great conditions. For instance, if you miss one class, you can attend another one. Highly recommend going here even if you are a first-timer! They have something for everyone. And you will keep wanting to go back!
